With Summer in Full Swing I’m getting ready to make some Ice Cream for July 4th. Mr Southern just loves to have Homemade Ice Cream on the 4th, but last summer the motor on my Ice Cream Maker burned out, I think from making too much Ice Cream, we L-O-V-E it.

I Say Let the Summer Begin, we all get to enjoy some great cool treats including smoothies and frozen yogurt, I’m so excited.
