Spaghetti Pie brings back memories of my Childhood, it was always so cheesy and good. The Spaghetti forms a layer so that it’s kind of like the crust of a pie.
My favorite though is leftovers, by the second day it’s more solid and almost like layers on a lasagna, except there’s no Ricotta Cheese. The Cottage Cheese makes it a little more fluffy and light.

I know when you first hear this recipe it doesn’t sound that good Mayonnaise cake, but let me tell you it’s delicious. The Mayonnaise makes the cake so moist that it just fall onto your fork. 
I think that Mr. Southern thought I was crazy when I told him what I was making, but then he tried it and smiled, that’s my favorite part about cooking watching people’s reactions when they take their fist bite.

This frosting has many names from 7 Minute Frosting, white Mountain Frosting and Fluff.  Whatever the name it’s delicious.  I’ve been making this since I was a little girl with my Nanny for my favorite White Cake, she always had one waiting for me when I came to visit.

This was so easy to use just mix up your ingredients, turn the Cuisinart on and 30 minutes later you have delicious Ice Cream.
